Wow, what a turn
out!!!! Thanks for all that attended our Christmas
Luncheon/Meeting.
Our meeting was called to order, we
prayed, and said the pledge.
A brief explanation was offered about the
situation with our monthly magazines and minutes. Last months
minutes were accepted and approved. Petty cash is slowly
expanding and checking is holding strong. Our funds may not be
overflowing, but they are looking better! Thanks to all for
support and donations.
Under old business, Anthony explained the
new location in Austell, Ga., for the BOD Meeting January 16th
and Swap Meet on January 17th. The Freedom of Choice and Red
Light Bill are still an issue.
New Business: Everyone interested signed a
letter to the state and addressed an envelope, February 2nd ride
to the Capital, Run to the Sun on February 26-27-28, Frosty
Balls Ride on January 1st meeting at the Kangaroo in Hollywood,
Abate 2 Calendar of Events to be
published, and Benny Wyrick donated a book bag to Abate.
We didn't have discussion in open forum or
moans and groans. The food on the tables smelled too good for
complaining. The meeting was called to a close and after
everyone ate presents were distributed courtesy of District 2.
