Bert suffered a very
serious motorcycle accident on August 23, 2003 in
Braselton, GA.
He never regained full consciousness and passed quietly
on January 2, 2004.
Bert was the Magistrate Judge in
Norcross, GA and had a law practice in Lawrenceville for
30 years.
He served our country with the United
States Army during the Vietnam War. He was a
Paratrooper, a horseman, a race car driver, an avid
motorcycle rider, and brother to the Nam Knights where
he was better known as "Dirty Ernie".
