Colonel Frank "Ichabod" Black (USAF ret) - Former District 2 Treasurer
Killed by a "failure to yield" woman on June 27th, 2005

Frank was a Colonel in the USAF for 27 years.  He flew over 290 missions in Viet Nam.  When he came back stateside, he worked at the Pentagon and was instrumental in authoring the legal writ to allow women into the USAF Academy in Colorado.

After Frank left the Poker Run "To No Where Special" on June 25th 2005 an 80 year old driver made a left turn in front of him, causing him to go down.
After 2 days in the hospital, we lost our friend.
Frank died on June 27th, 2005 and his funeral was held on June 28th, 2005. 'We carried our Brother on his last ride."
