We are losing too many of our family members due to the carelessness of caged drivers who refuse to pay attention to the traffic around them.

These cagers seem more interested in talking on cell phones, playing with their radio, correcting their kids, day-dreaming, drinking, or exercising their stupidity when they're behind the wheel; when, in fact, they should be paying attention to other drivers/riders around them.

Consequently, many good people are being murdered on our highways.
